Yes! If you have a ready-made 3D file (.STL or .3MF), you can send it to us for professional 3D printing. We also offer custom 3D design services if you need help creating a model.

Production usually takes 48 hours after quality inspection, and shipping times depend on your location:
- Cyprus: Box Now – 1–2 working days
- Greece: Box Now – 2–3 working days
- Europe: Cyprus Post – 5–10 working days
We primarily use durable, high-quality materials such as PLA, PETG, and specialized composites.

Shipping & Returns
All packages are securely packed, insured, and shipped via Box Now (for Cyprus and Greece) or Cyprus Post (for the rest of Europe). Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Because our products are custom 3D printed and personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds — except in cases where the product was damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our [Contact Page], including photos of the damage and your order number. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
