Shipping, Payment & Returns

Shipping

We design, print and finish every order in Larnaca and ship across Cyprus. You'll receive a delivery estimate with your order confirmation.

• BOXNOW — within Cyprus: locker or doorstep delivery, typically 1–3 working days.
• Cyprus Post — international: tracked delivery, typically 5–10 working days.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

We ship worldwide — Cyprus via BOXNOW, everywhere else via Cyprus Post.

Payment

Prices are in euro (€). We are not VAT-registered yet, so no VAT is added to your order. The payment methods available to you appear at checkout or on your quote. Custom and production work may require a deposit before we begin.

• Debit & credit card via our secure payment provider.
• Bank transfer for larger or business orders.
• We never store your full card details.

Returns & refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Because much of what we make is custom or made to order, the following applies:

• Ready-made stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, for a refund or exchange.
• Custom, personalised and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 14 days with photos. We'll repair, replace or refund it as appropriate — at no cost to you.
